Design your company signature once and add your team. Everyone gets a personal link with their finished signature to paste into Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail — SignatoryGrid never needs access to your inboxes.
Right now, every employee's signature is a little different — and nobody knows which one is actually approved.
Rendered live by the same engine your signatures use.

Logo, brand color, layout, tagline, social links, and an optional call-to-action — edited in one panel with a live preview.
Add teammates one at a time or import a spreadsheet. Edit anyone later; their signature updates with them.
Output is table-based HTML with inline styles and pixel image sizes — the format the Word rendering engine in classic Outlook needs, and the one Gmail keeps intact when you paste.
Each teammate gets a URL, copies their signature with one click, and pastes it in. No accounts for them to create.
Build a signature for a specific mail client, or browse examples before you start.
How it works
One approved template, one roster, one link per person. No mail-server access, no plugins, and nothing for your employees to sign up for.
Pick your logo, brand color, layout, and tagline in a live editor. That version becomes the approved one.
Names, roles, phone numbers, links, and photos — one at a time or imported from a spreadsheet.
Each teammate gets their own URL with their finished signature and install instructions. No accounts, no MDM.
One click copies the HTML. It goes into Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail signature settings in seconds.
Security & privacy
SignatoryGrid sits outside your mail system on purpose. It generates signatures and hands them to your team as a link — so there is nothing to connect, install, or deploy, and far less of your email surface is involved.
We never connect to Gmail, Microsoft 365, or your mail server. Employees paste their own signature.
The names, titles, and contact details you provide are used solely to render each employee's signature.
Every request between your browser, the app, and our storage runs over TLS.
Remove an employee, or delete your account entirely, and their data comes with it.

Pricing
SignatoryGrid is free to use today: unlimited employees, every template, and every tool. There is no card to enter and nothing to cancel. If paid plans are ever introduced, they will cover future features — not the ones you are already using.
Why it's free
When you are just starting out, the first thing anyone judges is the email you send. A clean, consistent signature with your name, role, logo, and links is a small detail that makes a new company read as established and verified — and it should not cost a monthly subscription to get.
So SignatoryGrid is free: unlimited signatures, unlimited teammates, every template. No card, no trial timer, no upsell in the middle of setting up your team.
Who built this
SignatoryGrid is built by George Greer, a high school student interested in AI and software. It started as a weekend project to help local businesses look professional, and it stays free because that was the whole point.

No. SignatoryGrid never connects to your mail server and never reads or sends email. Each employee copies their signature from a personal claim link and pastes it into their own mail client.
Yes. Admin accounts can rewrite or delete any slot when someone leaves — the slot itself is permanent, so a new hire can take it over.
Update the employee in your dashboard and their personal claim link immediately reflects the latest signature. A signature already pasted into a mail client does not change on its own — the teammate reopens their link and re-pastes the updated version, which takes a few seconds.
SignatoryGrid is built by a solo high-school developer to help small teams look credible from day one, so it is free with unlimited employees, every template, and every tool — no card and nothing to cancel. It is offered as-is, without a support contract or uptime guarantee. If paid plans ever arrive, they will cover future features rather than what you already use.
Logos you upload are stored on SignatoryGrid's own storage and served over HTTPS. Every generated signature references that hosted URL so images render reliably in Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail.
SignatoryGrid emits table-based HTML with inlined styles, which is what Outlook 2016, 2019, 2021, Microsoft 365, the new Outlook for Windows, and Outlook on the web all expect.
One account manages one brand today. If you run multiple brands, create a separate SignatoryGrid workspace per brand — this keeps logos, colors, and claim links cleanly scoped.
Yes. The brand editor supports LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and GitHub links, plus an optional promotional banner image with a click-through URL under each signature.
Delete an employee from the dashboard to remove their signature and personal claim link. You can also delete your entire account at any time to remove all employee data.
