1. Overview

SignatoryGrid ("we", "us", "our") provides an email signature management platform for teams. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using SignatoryGrid you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

Account data: name, email address, company name, and authentication identifiers when you sign up.
Employee & signature data: the roster details, job titles, contact info, logos, and branding you upload to generate signatures.
Billing data: handled by our payment processor (Shopify). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Usage data: log data, device info, and analytics events used to improve reliability and product decisions.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to operate the service, render signatures, provision team members, process payments, respond to support requests, and secure the platform. We do not sell personal information.

4. Sharing

We share data only with vendors required to run SignatoryGrid: hosting, database and auth (Lovable Cloud), payments (Shopify), and email delivery. Each vendor is bound by their own data-processing terms.

5. Data retention

Employee, roster, and signature data is retained for the life of your account. You can delete records at any time from your dashboard. When you close your account we delete associated personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.

6. Security

Access to production data is restricted, encrypted in transit (TLS), and protected by row-level security on the database layer. No system is perfectly secure — please report suspected vulnerabilities to the contact below.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

8. International transfers

SignatoryGrid may process data in countries other than your own. Where required we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

9. Children

SignatoryGrid is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance.
