These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SignatoryGrid (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Paid plans and signature slot bundles are billed through Shopify. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

The free plan is offered as-is and may change or be discontinued at our discretion.

You agree not to: (a) upload content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes third-party rights; (b) send unsolicited bulk email using signatures generated by the Service; (c) reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; or (d) impersonate another person or organization.

You retain ownership of the branding, logos, roster, and signature content you submit ("Customer Content"). You grant SignatoryGrid a limited license to host, process, and render that content solely to provide the Service.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by SignatoryGrid and its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Shopify). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service. On termination your right to use the Service ends immediately.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignatoryGrid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold SignatoryGrid harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Content or your violation of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SignatoryGrid operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law.
