Frequently asked

Everything you might wonder about team email signatures.

How do I create a company email signature for my whole team?

Sign up for SignatoryGrid, design your brand once (logo, brand color, tagline), then add employees one at a time or by CSV import. Every employee receives a personal claim URL where they copy their signature and paste it into Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail.

Does SignatoryGrid work in Outlook?

Yes. We render signatures as table-based HTML with inlined styles — the format Outlook 2016+, Outlook.com, Microsoft 365, and the new Outlook for Windows expect. No divs, no flexbox, no web fonts.

Can I bulk import employees from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Drop in a CSV of names, job titles, and emails and every teammate gets a permanent slot plus a personal claim link.

Do employees need to install anything or create an account?

No. Each employee opens their claim URL, previews their signature, and clicks Copy. The rich-text HTML is on their clipboard, ready to paste into any email client.

How much does SignatoryGrid cost?

Free forever for up to 3 employees. Additional slot packs are one-time payments starting at $0.75 per slot. Bundles of 40, 100, and 200 slots cut the per-slot price down as low as $0.50. Slots never expire and never rebill.

Is there a monthly or per-user subscription?

No. SignatoryGrid uses one-time slot packs so you're not paying per user per month. If you buy 100 slots today, you own 100 slots forever.

How do I paste a signature into Gmail?

Open Gmail Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new. Paste (⌘V / Ctrl+V) into the editor, set defaults for new messages and replies, and click Save changes.

How do I paste a signature into Outlook?

In Outlook desktop: File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New. Paste the signature, set defaults, and click OK. In Outlook on the web: gear icon → View all Outlook settings → Mail → Compose and reply, then paste.

Can we rebrand later?

Yes. Change your brand color, logo, or tagline in the brand editor and every employee's next paste picks up the new design. Employees just re-copy from their claim link.

What happens if an employee leaves?

Admins can rewrite or delete any slot after a role change. Free-tier slots are locked to preserve fair-use, but admin accounts can edit them for personnel updates.
